Reimagine The Chamber Event | June 20, 2022

Over 30 small businesses and nonprofits gathered to share many different challenges they face when it comes to running their organizations. Dozens of Post-It’s later – here are the results! Stay tuned for a more extensive report with results from our recent online survey about how Chamber can better serve our business community that will be released later this summer.

After all the Post-Its were up, we asked attendees to vote on which topics were deemed the highest priority. Staffing, foot traffic, relationship to MASS MoCA, finances and networking with other business owners were among the top voted topics. Below are the full results.

The topics were then categorized to better understand how these challenges can be organized and addressed.
